Three kitchens that changed everything.

A photo-forward look at real Colorado remodels — the “before” problems, the “after” solutions, and the small decisions that make a kitchen feel effortless.

The new center of the home. Bright finishes, better flow, and storage that actually matches daily use.

Before: A functional kitchen weighed down by heavy tones, with blurry separation of components.

After: A brighter, calmer room utilizing the entire wall's height and helping the eye define the space.

The fastest way to understand a remodel is to look at what changed. Not just new cabinets or nicer countertops — but the layout decisions that make the space feel larger, quieter, and more natural to move through.

This kitchen didn’t need a new layout—it needed restraint. The existing footprint was preserved, allowing the transformation to focus on finish choices, light, and proportion. A softer cabinet color introduces contrast and definition, while the updated cabinetry now extends to the ceiling, making better use of the wall and visually lifting the room. The result feels larger and more intentional, not because more was added, but because the space is quieter and better resolved.

After: Lighter cabinetry and full-height walls restore balance and scale.

The impact of opening a kitchen

Not only are we empowering people to utilize all the of their wall space, giving them more storage and less dust to clean, but the pictures show how opening up a kitchen can add flow and life to a space.
